The Rollover Flexi laminating table is now in our workshop — and honestly, it’s already changing the way we work. Here’s how half a tonne of Norwegian engineering ended up on King Street, Newtown, at 4am.
Not Your Average Office Furniture Story
When we decided to invest in new equipment for 2026, we weren’t shopping at Officeworks. We were talking to Ron at Wilenco — the exclusive Australian distributor for Rollover, and if you work in the print and signage industry you already know the name. If you don’t: think of it as the Rolls-Royce of laminating and mounting tables. Built in Norway. Engineered properly. The kind of machine that makes everything else in the workshop feel a little embarrassed.
We’d originally been eyeing an end-of-year special on a particular model. One conversation with Ron later and it was a no-brainer to step up. The difference in quality and features between the models was immediately obvious — and honestly, once you’ve seen what the Rollover Flexi actually does, it’s hard to justify anything less.
Getting It In the Door (Literally)

Half a tonne of precision Norwegian engineering doesn’t just roll through a doorway. It took a specialist team from Wilenco, a machine to tilt it onto its side, and a very deliberate 4am start to avoid the King Street traffic. A few cars still had to slow down. Worth it.

By 6am it was installed. By 7am we were already laminating frosted film onto optically clear substrate — material that was booked for a Sydney CBD window frosting install the very next morning. That’s the kind of turnaround our clients count on, and the Rollover Flexi makes it genuinely easier to deliver.
What It Actually Does
The Rollover Flexi is a professional laminating and mounting table — the backbone of large-format film production. It lets us laminate films perfectly (no bubbles, no misalignment), mount wall graphics onto boards and substrates at scale, and work faster on larger jobs with total consistency.
The built-in LED lighting across the entire table surface is genuinely brilliant. It lets us inspect graphics in progress, check frosted film effects before anything leaves the workshop, and simulate how illuminated or backlit signage will look on install day. What you see on the table is what your client sees on the wall.
The height-adjustable legs are a thoughtful touch too — every team member can set their preferred working height. Backs rejoice.

For Sydney signage studios handling large-format work, the Rollover Flexi laminating table isn’t just a nice-to-have — it’s the difference between a job that’s consistent and one that’s stressful. Every job we produce now benefits from tighter tolerances, better visual QC, and a team that isn’t fighting their equipment. That matters when your work ends up on a shopfront, a hospital corridor, or a CBD office fitout.
Worth Every Bit of It
Six months from now we’ll be one of the many who say “how did we ever live without it.” We’re already saying it now and it’s been a week.
A huge thanks to Ron and the whole Wilenco team at wilenco.com.au — the delivery, tilt, and install was seamless. Three people. One very large machine. One very narrow doorway.
